About This Project
We managed the clinic’s complete social media presence with a focus on local awareness, service visibility, and patient trust across Instagram and Facebook.
The Challenge
The clinic had very low online visibility, minimal followers, and no consistent content strategy to communicate its ICU, OPD/IPD, ENT, and emergency services to nearby patients.
Our Solution
We implemented a structured social media management system, including healthcare-focused creatives, reels strategy, service-based posts, local audience targeting, and continuous performance optimization.
Results Achieved
Within the first month, the hospital achieved 125,000+ reach, strong visibility among non-followers, and high engagement across reels, posts, and stories. This resulted in 100+ patient leads and appointment bookings in just the first month, significantly improving brand awareness and patient inquiries.
